Mark has been active in the real estate industry for 10 years.  Prior to his role as a Senior Mortgage Lender with Citywide Home Loans, Mark worked in the secondary mortgage market purchasing loans from banks, credit unions and mortgage brokers to be packaged and sold to end investors.  This position required that Mark be trained as an underwriter and have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the mortgage lending business.

Through his interactions with virtually hundreds of loan officers, lenders and brokers Mark was able to maintain a high-level view of the many different practices and approaches in today’s competitive mortgage market, ultimately seeing which have produced the best results for the customer.  It’s around that unique perspective that Mark has built his lending business, understanding that a successful transaction starts with an understanding of each individual clients goals and building a customized mortgage solution around them, instead of the more traditional cookie-cutter approach to home finance.

Mark and his wife Kassidy live in Draper with their daughter Ellie, son Luke and 6 month-old twin girls, Ivy and Sophie.
